CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL

  • All round development of children in all spheres of life is our motto.
  • The school imparts education at pre-primary, primary, middle, secondary and senior secondary levels with the assistance of latest teaching aids.
  • Individual attention is given to each and every child; daily homework is carefully checked; terminal tests are held regularly and suggestions for the child's improvement as well as further progress are given to the parents subsequently.

MORNING ASSEMBLY

Each day begins with prayers to seek the Almighty's blessings and to do the day's work with sincerity and honesty. Thought for the day, news reading and topic of the day are distinctive features of the morning assembly. Class wise/House wise assemblies give all the students an opportunity to develop leadership, communication skills and self-confidence.

FACULTY

The LPS faculty is a highly respected group of scholars and teachers who come with a rich spectrum of experience and training. They are not only aware of the latest teaching aids and techniques but also conversant with child psychology. They are not merely teachers but act as guides and mentors to the students. Patience, dedication, good communication skills, grasp of a subject are essential for a teacher and are the qualities commonly attributed to LPS faculty.

STUDENT COUNCIL

House system functions at primary, middle, secondary and senior secondary levels for an overall development of students not only in academics but also in extra-curricular activities. College Captain, House Captain, Vice Captain and Prefects are appointed to inculcate the feelings of responsibility and trust.

SELF EXPLORATORY LEARNING FORUM

LPS provides coherent, comprehensive and project based education where the natural curiosity of the students is kindled not stifled and the spirit of free inquiry is nurtured. Audio-visual rooms greatly aid classroom teaching for special learning experience.

PROVIDING ROLE MODELS AND FACILITATORS

The students are provided with a wide spectrum of thought and diverse ideas by inviting eminent dignitaries, as, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Jaspal Rana and Prof. Simon George. The students are not only intellectually stimulated but also motivated and inspired by the achievements of these individuals.

SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON SPOKEN ENGLISH

In the era of globalization, need for English as a universal language has been realized by the institution and great emphasis is being laid on spoken English by organizing numerous activities and through relevant teaching aids.

ATMOSPHERE OF COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS

Every year the Lucknow Publicans appear and get through competitive examinations like IIT, AIIMS, Roorkee Engineering, UPTU, NDA, PCS, IAS, CPMT, CBSE, BITS (Pilani), NIFT, etc and are serving the community in a responsible and constructive manner. Classes for various competitive exams run in the school campus for the benefit of the students.

CAREER COUNSELLING

With boundaries across the globe shrinking and new avenues opening up there are a plethora of opportunities for the career conscious. Realizing the importance of expert guidance to provide students lucidity before the bewildering array of choices, LPS invites leading career counselors and experts from different fields periodically to make students aware of the numerous career options available and ways of succeeding in the desired realm. The counseling sessions also go a long way in addressing the concerns and queries of the students.

A book "Sapne Aur Rozgar Ki Raahein" has been written by the Founder Manager, Sri S.P. Singh himself providing information regarding various job platforms. The book is available in the school library.
